Amira Boutique Hotel, Bansko

My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms, as expected in a 5-star hotel, were spacious and very clean, complete with a wonderful bed. They were every bit cozy and provided a wide selection of pillows. The location, while close to the lift and suitable for families, was a bit lacking in pleasant views. The dining experience, although of great variety and taste, could have had an earlier start time. The facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel offers very nice and comfortable rooms, just like in the pictures, with no flaws. The service is extremely helpful and nice, going above to please guests. The location is sufficiently relaxing, relatively close to the lift but a bit far from the town center. The dining experience includes made-to-order meals but could offer more choices. Overall, a good value for money with great facilities.
